Waiting in Special Assistance at Heathrow, a total nightmare, we arrived three hours before our flight, but it took so long to get assistance, if Singapore Airlines hadn’t held the flight at the gate for us we would have missed our flight, We are not blaming the staff, but they were undermanned and didn’t have enough wheelchairs.
